בו זמנים אלא ביט אחרי ביט - די דומה להבדל בין
בקרי כוננים קשיחים IDE ל SATA.

רכיבי הפלאש בשיטת ה Serial Peripheral Interface
יאפשרו כל מיני דברים טובים לכל המוצרים השונים
בתעשיות השונות שמישתמשים בזכרונות פלאש, השוק
הזה אמור לגדול מחצי מיליארד ב 2005 למיליארד ב
2006.

במסגרת הכניסה לתחום הפעילות הזה מיתהדק הקשר
בין Spansion לחברת סייפן הישראלית.
