חבר שלי התגייס לגבעתי ב 21 לנובמבר ולא יצא לגיבוש יחטיות כי לטענתו גילו לו איזה פציעות ברגליים ולא נתנו לו לצאת לגיבוש בגלל זה... ובמקום זה הוא עשה ראיון.. וכאילו אם הוא עובר אותו אז הוא ביחטיות בלי גיבוש.. זה נראה לי מזה חרטוט.. אז אני שואל אתכם- מישהו עבר\שמע פעם דבר כזה?? יש מצב שזה נכון?? נראה לי מאוד לא הגיוני שאפשר להתקבל ליחטיות רק על סמך ראיון בלי לעבור גיבוש.. מה אתם אומרים??

הוא היה בגיבושים לפני הגיוס? הוא סיים או עבר גיבוש ונפל על רפואי?
יש כל מיני מקרים שונים ומשונים בהם אפשר להתקבל ליחטיות בלי גיבוש.
זה ממש ממש נדיר, אבל אפשרי.

הוא הבנאדם עם הכי מעט כושר שאני מכיר.. הוא ממש שמן.. הוא היה כולה בגיבוש אחד של קצונה ייעודית(חשבתם שגיבוש צנחנים זה קל?? זה בערך פי 10 יותר קל) ולא סיים אותו..

הדרך היחידה לעבור ראיון ולא גיבוש היא אם אתה נפיל טייס/שייטת/מטכ"ל או כל סיירת או יחידה אחרת

גם לחבר שלי הציעו ראיון לשמה והוא לא עשה גיבוש יחטיו"ת ולא היה לפני זה בשום גיבוש.

שהוא עשה ראיון יחטיות והוא "הכי רוצה פלחי"ק".. אז זאת אומרת שבאמת יש דבר כזה??

אבל לפי מה שהבנתי המון אנשים לא רוצים ללכת לשם. זאת פלוגת חיל קשר.

לפלחי"ק אין הרבה כוח אדם, כמו לאחרות, ויש להם מספיק עבודה גם ככה - תחזוק כל נושאי הקשרהחטיבתי בקו הוא לא דבר של מה בכך. בתקופה שלי, שהיתה רגועה יותר, הם בד"כ ישבו עם מפקדת החטיבה, עשו שמירות ועבדו בתחומם. אני יודע שבאינתיפדה, לפחות חלק מהזמן הם ביצעו פעילות בט"ש רגילה. אצלנו, לדוגמה, הקשרים של המח"ט והקשר"ח היו מהפלחי"ק.

ואני מאוד רוצה לחשוב ודי בטוח למען האמת שלא כך עובד הצבא שלנו

הציעו לחבר שלי לעשות ריאיון בלי שהוא ביקש או ניגש בכלל לגיבוש יחטיו"ת.

זו פלוגה שמשווקים אותה, ומתקננים אותה כאחת היח"טיות, אבל היא לא מבצעת כמעט אף פעם פעילות כזו (אלא אם כן מדובר על מ"פ חריג) ובד"כ היו בעיות בהצבת לוחמים שם (לפחות בגבעתי ובטח בגולני). אולי צריך פשוט לעבור למיון רלוונטי, בלי לקשור את הנושא בגיבוש יח"ט וזהו ,כפי שכנראה החלו עכשיו.

המדריך שלנו התגייס לצנחנים (נפיל קורס טייס ובגלל איזה סיבה מוזרה לא גייסו אותו למטכ"ל) והוא אמר לנו שהוא עשה עבודות רס"ר בזמן שכולם עשו את הגיבוש והוא רק היה בראיון עם אחד המפקדים שם ולקחו אותו למגלן

שמעתי הרבה פעמים על אנשים שהלכו למגלן ועשו רק ראיון אחרי שהם סיימו גיבוש מטכ"ל.

אתה מדבר על רועי המדריך מיובל ! הבנאדם שאני הכי מעריץ בכל העולם הזה, באמת בנאדם זהב שעבר את כל הגיבושים האפשריים חחח כולל ה-כ-ל וכזה מזל רע לא ראיתי בשום מקרה. לא נורא הבנאדם תותח רציני הגיע להיות מפק"ץ במגלן.
