"The poke feature is standard on Facebook, there is no way to remove it. You can, however, remove the option from what people can do when they search for you on Facebook:
Go to Privacy and click on Search. At the bottom, "What People Can do With my Search Results," uncheck the box next to Poke you.
This will only prevent people who you are not friends with from poking you. Your friends can still poke you.
You could try asking in your status not to be poked, but that would probably only incite people to do so ."
