החישוב לנחש הוא - נחש יגדל לאורך של עד פי 3 מאורכו של הטרריום - לכן זה בהחלט מספיק.

כרכן תירס הוא מאוד מאוד נוח לגידול, יותר ממילק סנייק. הוא גם קצת יותר גדול ממנו, אבל זה מאפשר מגוון יותר רחב של טרף (עכברים ואפרוחים).
אני לא יודע לגבי מחיר, אבל בתור נחש ראשון בהחלט הייתי הולך על כרכן. רק תזכור שצריך להכין את האקווריום בהתאם: גוף חימום, מים, מקום מחבוא וענפים.

עדיין גר עם אמא. (האמת שאם אבא היה, יש מצב שלא היתה בעיה למלא את הבית בנחשים.)
אבל בכל מקרה, אמא שלי "מדברת" הרבה.
שנים התנגדה לעגיל, וכשעשיתי לא אמרה כלום.
אמרה שאם אצבע את השיער היא תזרוק אותי מהבית, הפלא ופלא, אני עדיין עם הצבע ועדיין בבית.

לגבי מה עדיף, לדעתי מהתירס תהנה יותר, המילקים נוטים להיות פחדנים הרבה יותר וביישנים מאוד, במיוחד לעומת התירס.

תירס ניתן למצוא במגוון צבעים ודוגמאות, למילק הרבה פחות מגוון.

70 יתאים לתירס בוגר, למרות שלדעתי די בצימצום, מבינים גדולים ממני, אומרים שמספיק.

המילק קטן יותר מהתירס אז בטוח יספיק למילק.

לגבי מחיר, המילק עולים יותר, לרוב משמעותית. סביב ה-500 לעומת תירס שסביב ה-200
