ומבחינת טירונות איזה טירונות הן עוברות?האם אפשר לחתום קבע בתפקיד הזה ולהתקדם לקצונה?
ומה צריך כדי לקבל את התפקיד הזה במנילה..!!


אה ואנחנו לא מתכוונים למדריכת שריון אלא למדריכת חיר בלבד...!!! והאם במהלך התפקיד היא תוכל לעבור ליחידה קרבית כמו קרקל לדוגמא....

1. מדריכה שמתמחה על כלי נשק של החי"ר. היא אח"כ משמשת בתפקיד זה במגוון של בסיסים - בין אם מדובר בבסיסי הדרכה או הכשרה.

מדריכת חי"ר בבא"ח עוזרת למפקדים להעביר שיעורים מקצועיים.
מדריכת חי"ר בבסיסי הכשרה היא חלק מסגל ההכשרה בקורסים שונים: נ"ט, סיור, מרגמות, חבלה, צלפי בארט, נק"ל, נגמ"שים ועוד. היא עובדת עם כל יחידות החי"ר הרלוונטיות

2. אפשר לחתום קצונה. במקרה כזה כבר בעיקר מרכזים קורסים או קורסי מדריכים. או כל דבר בסגנון.
3. עוברים קורס מדריכות חי"ר שכולל טירונות 03 (אם אני לא טועה)
4. לעבור ליחידה מבצעית יהיה קצת קשה, גם בהתחשב שמדובר בשירות קצר יחסית. אבל הכל יכול להיות.

ומה צריך לעשות כדי לקבל את התפקיד במנילה?

1. משתנה בהתאם לבסיס. בד"כ מדובר ביציאות של שישי-שבת, עם סגירה פעם בכמה זמן. זה מאוד תלוי בבסיס בו הן משרתות.

2. יש ויש. מדריכות בבא"חים בד"כ לא. מדריכות בקורסים מקצועיים רואות המון. כשהייתי מדריך במו"ס, הייתה איתי מדריכת סיור. היינו בשטח מראשון ועד חמישי, כל שבוע.

3. 99% הדרכה, בגלל זה קוראים לזה מדריכות חי"ר. ישנם מקרים חריגים - כמו המקרה בו מדריכות של נגמ"ש ה"אכזרית" הובאו לנהוג בנגמ"שים אלה בעזה, בגלל מחסור בנהגים. (אחרי הפיצוץ של הנגמ"שים של גבעתי וההנדסה). שלא תבנה על זה.

4. אין לי מושג. זה גם תלוי בנתונים שלה. אם היא לא קיבלה את זה במנילה - שתתקשר ותשאל. אולי פספסו אותה.

זה תלוי לקב"א מסויימת?

ועכשיו היא רוצה לראות שטח כמה שיותר תפקיד עם נשק,תפקיד כמה שיותר קרבי חשבה אפילו על לוחמת,היא רוצה להתקדם לקצונה לחתום קבע..כן זה המון..אבל היא מורעלת..יש עוד המלצות לתפקידים שיענו על הדרישות האלה??
מבחינת יציאות אין לה בעיה..

אני מציע שלפני החלומות על קצונה, קודם תראה שזה מתאים לה.
מה האופציות הקרביות?
נ"מ, אב"כ, תותחנים, מוד"ש (עוד מעט, ודי מעניין לדעתי), צוללניות ח"י, חובלים, טיס, קרקל, מג"ב.... לא חסר, בקיצור....

במחזור נובמבר הזה אמור להפתח מסלול לוחמות מוד"ש. מודיעין שדה. אם תחפשי בפורום תמצאי המון מידע על החיל. מדובר לא רק על תצפיתניות אלא גם על פלוגות התצפית הניידות.
