אכן מאות יצאומשירות ונגרטו..
עדיין בשימוש ביחידות מילואים רבות.

יש ג'פסים בתור שלדות ללא גלגלים במושב שדה עוזיה אצל אחד הסוחרים. הבעיה הינה שאין אפשרות לקבל רישוי. 3 ג'פס"ים ישנים מסתובבים עם רישוי , אחד מהם משלל כראמה.

ראשי תיבות של ג'יפ סיור.
ישנם עדיין מספר כלים כאלו בשירות סדיר.
הכלי לא נמכר לשימוש אזרחי משתי סיבות:
1. הוא בעל מתלה נפרד שאינו מאושר לנסיעה על כביש
2. לפי החלטה מיושנת כלשהי של הצבא האמריקאי, לא ניתן למכור כלים מסוג זה לשימוש אזרחי אלא להשביתם בלבד. כתוצאה מכך נמכרים כלים כאלו לפירוק בלבד.
בהמשך אנסה להביא מספר תמונות מעניינות: תמונה אחת הינה של חצאי ג'פסי"ם במגרש גרוטאות אמריקאי - פשוט השבתה של הכלים, תמונות נוספות הן של מספר חבר'ה מערד שרכשו ג'פסי"ם לפירוק דרך קרוב משפחה שיש לו מוסך מורשה, השמישו את הכלים ועושים איתם טיולי שטח

לפני מספר שנים בררתי את הנושא, ומישהו במשה"בט אמר לי כי ניתן להשיג רישיון באגי לכלים אלו, אך במשרד התחבורה ובמשרד הרישוי לא הבינו מה אני רוצה מהם...

הרכב שאתה מתיחס אליו אכן נקרא בצה"ל גפ"ס (ג'יפ סיור) וכינויו בארץ יצורו ארה"ב, הוא MUTT M-151.
הכלי הזה נחשב רכב מסוכן לשימוש בידי נהגים לא מיומנים עקב האופן בו תוכננו המתלים שלו.
בארה"ב כל הכלים הללו נגרטו בגלל העובדה הזאת ולא הוצאו למכירה לשוק האזרחי עם החלפתם
ברכבי האמר.
זו הסיבה שגם בארץ הרכבים האלה נמכרים לגריטה לסוחרים מורשים בלבד.
ישנם מספר זעום של רכבים כאלה שמסתובבים על כבישי הארץ אשר בעליהם השיגו עבורם
רשיונות בדרכים שונות ומגוונות.....

ושוב, הרכב הזה גבה מספר לא קטן של קורבנות בגלל נהיגה של מתאימה לתכונותיו, בין השאר
נסיעה מהירה מדי בסיבובים.

אז עולה פה עוד שאלה קטנה האם בכלל אפשר לקנות ג'יפ צבאי ישן כלשהו?

בהחלט כן,

סופות , בלייזרים , דיפנדרים ואפילו מעט לנדקרוזרים.

שים לב שמדובר ב"ניצולי" כוחות הבטחון השונים - הכלים בדר"כ "עייפים" מאד ובמצב מגבלתי.
נקודה חשובה נוספת - בבואך לרכוש רכב ממכרז משהב"ט , אינך רשאי לבדוק את הרכב , שיטת המכירה היא as is או בעברית "חתול בשק"

עצתי כנס לאתר מתמחה ברכבי שטח דוגמת www.jeepolog.com וערוך חיפוש שם בנושא. תמצא שם הרבה חומר בדיוק על העניין הזה. ככלל, רבים מג'יפי ה- CJ-8 שידועים כ"סיקסים" הינם יוצאי מערכת הבטחון על זרועותיה השונות.אלה הג'יפים שקדמו לסופות ויוצרו עד שנת 1991. הם מהווים בסיס טוב לשיפורים אפילו אם הם "שחוטים",במידה ואתה מעוניין בכניסה לפרוייקט שיפוץ מקיף. מי שיש לו עניין וידיים טובות, שווה.
כך גם לגבי הסופות שיתרונן הוא בתצרוכת דלק נמוכה יותר ופעולה סדירה של המנוע בנסיעה בזוויות גבוליות.
בלייזרים למינהם יוצאי מערכת הבטחון סובלים מסדקים משמעותיים בשלידה למרות חיזוקים שונים שנעשו בארץ. מדובר במנועי דיזל 6500 סמ"ק.

בימים אלה נכנסת לשימוש סופה סימן2, שעיקר ההבדל הוא בתוספת שתי דלתות למרכב.

Like I wrote before, these are picture from last summer. These jeeps came from our reserve unit's warehouse. The funny thing is that they are so old that the local settler kids ask us if these are some kind of new vehicles that will be replacing the Hummer.

Like others explained above this type jeep is from the 1960/70s Vietnam era.
The ones in Givat Halfon is the older WW2 type.

BTW: some in the Siyur claim that it has some features that are superior to the Hummer, even in manuevering. For example it is much more quiet.

אני מילואימניק צעיר וכבר הספקתי להנות מהכלי ההזוי הזה.
יש הרבה יותר מבודדים במילואים ,אבל הם בתהליך החלפה.
למי שלא מיומן אכן כלי מסוכן בסיבובים .
עבירות לא רעה (ואני רגיל להאמר).
לגבי מחרזים ,לרוב רכב יעודי ישמר יותר מרכב לא יעודי ,לדוגמה ג'פס שהיה של מחלקת סיור ישמר יותר טוב מסופת מ"פ שעברה למג"ד שעברה לסמ"פ וכו'.
אפשר לבדוק בעין רכב במכרז ,אבל לא יותר מזה,לכן זה משתלם למי שרוצה שילדה לבנות עליה את רכב חלומותיו (גם ככה הוא יחליף את רוב המיכלולים).
