נראה לי שהבעיה היא בזה שיש בטבלת הספרים קשרי גומלים שבצד השני יש מספור אוטומטי
אבל אין לי מושג ניסיתי הכל וכלום לא עובד

אז המידע עובר אבל לא נכנס לDB

תנסה במקביל להריץ את השאילתה שמתקבלת ב ACCESS ותראה אם יש שגיאה.

בDB נפתחת שאילתת הוספה אבל במקום הקטגוריות שבטבלה יש שם EXPR1000-EXPR-1008במקום שיהיו עם השמותיש בעיה אצלי עם העלאת הקובץ לפה לא יודע למה

בקשר ל-expr של האקסס - זה בסדר. כך האקסס נוהג בשדות ללא כינוי (alias) גם בשאילתת הוספה.
בקשר לשאילתא עצמה: נסה לעשות שאילתת הוספה רגילה עם ערכי החובה (מפתחות ושדות שלא מאפשרים ערך ריק (null)). אם זה עובד, תנסה להוסיף שדה אחר שדה וכך תראה איזה שדה "דופק" לך את השאילתא. אם גם זה לא עובד, תשלח הודעת שגיאה וננסה לפענח אותה.
