האם (ואני נוטה להאמין שיש) ישנם מקרים בהם קיבלו חיילים שאינם בתפקידי לחימה עיטורים/צל"שים על פועלם במצבי לחימה אליהם נקלעו מכורח הנסיבות? או כל מקרה שהוא....
