עדכון ממבזק וואלה! :

שני בני אדם נהרגו וחמישה נפצעו בפיצוץ המכונית בבירות כך מדווחת רשת החדשות אל ערביה. עוד דווח ככל הנראה הפיצוץ היה ניסיון לפגוע בעלי ברכה, נציג חמאס בלבנון. ברכה לא נפגע והחמאס הכחיש כי מישהו מאנשיו נפגע בפיצוץ. אל ערבייה מדווחת עוד כי שני ההרוגים הם אנשי חיזבאללה וכי פעילי חיזבאללה פעלו במקום לפירוק מטען החבלה שהתגלה במכונית, אולם הוא התפוצץ והרג שניים. יחד עם זאת, מקורות ביטחוניים בלבנון הכחישו כי היעד לפיצוץ היה עלי ברכה.

הדיווחים כרגע סותרים...מצד אחד נטען שאנשי חיזבאללה נפגעו כשניסו לפרק מטענים על מכונית השייכת לאישיות של חמאס ....מצד שני נאמר שההרוגים והפצועים הם של חאמס. הפיצוץ היה סמוך למשרדי חמאס וליד ביתו של בכיר הג'יאהד האיסלאמי בלבנון אבו עימאד ריפאעי. אגב בדיווח האחרון של אל ערביה נאמר כי יעד הפיצוץ היה מוחמד חמאדן , נציג חמאס בלבנון. הוא לא נפגע כנראה היה מחוץ למדינה.

חמאס עצמו הכחיש שבכיריו ופעיליו נפגעו. לעומת זאת ...חיזבאללה טרם עשה כן.

מקורות לבנונים אחרים מספרים כי אמבולנסים רבים עם גופות יצא מאזור הדאחיה. הרכב עצמו שעלה בלהבות הוכנס למחסן סמוך.

יש הרגשה שמשהו גודל קורה מאחורי הקלעים.....את זה כנראה נדע רק מאוחר יותר היום.

בכל מקרה הם מדברים על מאפיינים דומים לחיסול אחר מ2006 שיוחס לישראל ובוצע באמצעות איש ביטחון לבנוני.

Mystery shrouded Saturday night's explosion which left three people killed, including two Hamas members, in Hizbullah's stronghold in Beirut's southern suburbs. Different versions of the same incident were given. State-run National News Agency said military court judge Rahif Ramadan visited Dahiyeh on Sunday to examine the explosion site. It said Ramadan instructed Lebanese army explosive experts to examine the findings at the site. NNA said Ramadan also tasked criminal investigators to conduct a probe into the blast after experts inspected the place, took pictures and lifted fingerprints. It said inspection determined that the bomb was packed with 15 kilograms of TNT placed in a basement that housed Hamas offices. Hamas spokesman Ayman Taha said the explosion had killed two members of his movement and wounded three people. "The circumstances of the explosion are unclear and it is too early to name the party" responsible, Taha said. Attacks are rare in Hizbullah's southern suburbs stronghold. Other reports, however, said that the explosion took place between 8 and 9:30pm Saturday in a car that was part of Hamas representative in Lebanon Mustafa Hamdan's convoy parked outside Hamas headquarters in Haret Hreik. Another story said the blast was likely to have been caused by explosives concealed in a parcel. Security circles, meanwhile, told pan-Arab daily Al-Hayat that the explosion was similar to the one that killed the Majzoub brothers in Sidon in May 2006. Nidal and Mahmoud Mazjoub, members of the Islamic Jihad group, were assassinated by a car bomb. יש ריח של משהו מסריח מכל הסיפור ....חיזבאללה לא מתייחס למשהו שקורה באזור הדאחיה המעוז שלו? למה עיתונאים לא הורשו להיכנס סמוך לזירת הפיצוץ ? למה נסראללה עצמו לא התייחס לנושא אתמול?

הפיצוץ היה בחלל תת-קרקעי של משרדי החמאס ולא ברכב או משלוח כלשהו.
במרומז נאמר שמספר הנפגעים והשתייכותם לא ברור כיוון שהגופות סולקו מהמקום לפני שהגיעו שרותי הביטחון.

Haret Hreik Blast: Doubts About 'Donation Box' Claim, Hizbullah Members Among Victims Investigation into the mysterious explosion in a Hamas office in Beirut's southern suburbs continued on Wednesday with judicial sources saying the blast went off in an underground depot and was not caused by a donation box as claimed by the Palestinian movement. An Nahar newspaper quoted judicial sources as saying that there were two parked vehicles in the warehouse. They doubted Saturday's blast was the result of a booby-trapped vehicle or donations box. The sources said investigators are now checking the damaged vehicles to find out whether they were stolen or not. They reiterated that 15 kilograms of TNT were used. Pan-Arab daily Asharq al-Awsat, in its turn, quoted Lebanese sources as saying that Hizbullah members were trying to dismantle a bomb sent to the Hamas office when the blast went off. Among the victims were the Hizbullah fighters, the sources said, adding that trucks coming out of the blast area before the arrival of Lebanese security and judicial investigators were most probably carrying the bodies of the victims. Hamas said Sunday that only two members were killed in the mysterious blast. On Tuesday, military court judge Rahif Ramadan continued his investigation into the case and heard the testimonies of several witnesses and injured. According to An Nahar the lips of one of the injured were stuck together as a result of severe wounds on his face. Media reports said Ramadan will receive later in the week reports from forensic and security forces' experts. Pan-Arab daily Asharq al-Awsat, citing Lebanese sources, said Wednesday the blast occurred as Hamas members exercised with live ammunition in the basement of Hamas headquarters in Haret Hreik neighborhood in Dahiyeh. The sources said the Hamas basement office has been temporarily shut pending a settlement of the situation in light of March 14 coalition's stance which described as "dangerous" the presence of armed Palestinian centers outside refugee camps. Judicial sources, meanwhile, told al-Hayat newspaper that investigation into the explosion has been completed after the suspicious circumstances have been uncovered. They said the probe became clear after military judge Rahif Hamdan heard the testimony of Hamas representative in Lebanon Ossama Hamdan on Monday. Hamdan told the daily al-Liwaa in remarks published Wednesday that one of the two Hamas members killed in last Saturday night's explosion was head of his personal bodyguards. Hamdan, who identified the victim as Basel Ahmed Jumaa, accused Israel of being behind the explosion. He stressed that the bomb was placed in a box that looked like a donation package.
