עד כמה רמת הקושי יש בו?

אני שנה בצבא ואני עובר מג'וב לשריון ולמזלי נותר לי רק שנתיים.
אז אם אני ירצה לעשות את הגיבוש ואני יעבור אותו בעז"ה.
נכון שאני יהיה צריך לוותר על הפז"ם שלי?
ובמידה ואני נופל באמצע אז מחזירים לי את הפז"מ כמו שהיה?
אהה..ועוד משהו שלא קשור לפלס"ר אלא לשיבוץ חטיבות.
איך קובעים לאיזו חטיבה כל אחד הולך?

לפי מה שידוע לי, פלס"ר 401 הוא חלק מפלס"ר שריון שבו גם נכלל פלס"ר 7.

שניהם פלס"רי שריון... 7 של חטיבה 7 ו401 של חטיבה 401....
הם משרתים כחי"רניקים(פלס"ר 7 עושים טירונות בגולני)...
לפי דעתי אם כבר ללכת לשריון אז כדאי לשרת בגדודים ולא בתור חיר"ניק שם

לא אין לי. אבל - תזכור שפלוגת שריון היא לרוב קטנה מפלוגת חי"ר, ולא כולם בעלי פרופיל מתאים. אני חושב שאת המתימטיקה אתה יכול לעשות לא רע בכלל.

איך יכולה להיות פעילות יזומה באותה רמה כמו של הגדס"רים?
הרי מעבר לרובאי 07 (וכמובן הכשרת סייר) אין הכשרת חי"ר מיוחדת (כמו קורס לוט"ר/לו"ז בגדס"רים), אז איך זה מסתדר עם העובדה שההכשרה שלהם זהה להכשרה של גדודי חי"ר רגילים?

א' - רוב היחידות עושות לו"ז או משהו בסגנון. בזמן שהייתי מ"מ, הפלוגה שלי (גדוד רגיל, כן?) למדה שדו"ב ולא לש"ב רגיל. ככה שזה לא כל כך משמעותי (לטעמי). למיטב ידיעתי הם כן עושים לו"ז, אבל אני לא מתחייב בכך.
ב' - למרות שמבחינת חי"ר הם עושים אותה הכשרה, הרי העובדה שהם עוברים עוד הכשרות נוספות, בין השאר מש"קי סיור, אומרת שהכוח מאומן ואורגני יותר - ובגדול מאומן ומיומן יותר מהפלוגות הרגילות.
ג' - אני מציע לא להתלב יותר מדי מסוג המשימות שהגדס"רים עושים. הסיבה לכך היא לא חוסר היכולת של הגדודים לבצע אותם. לא רק שזה לא נכון - בזמנים הקשים יותר של האינטיפדה, הגדודים עשו בדיוק את זה - ההכשרה הנדרשת לכך היא לא אי-אי-אי. בא נגיד שאני מצפה מכל לוחם בגדוד להיות מסוגל לבצע את רוב הפעילות שהגדס"רים מבצעים. הסיבה היא פשוטה - צריך יותר לוחמים בסיורים ומחסומים.
