Adm. Victor Fedorov, Russian Pacific Fleet Commander, fires an MK-18 rifle at the indoor range of Center for Security Forces Pearl Harbor Learning Site. Fedorov met with Adm. Robert F. Willard, commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, and was part of a senior leadership visit in support of Theater Security Cooperation between the Russian and U.S. navies.
