אני חושב שכותרת כמו: "חיילי מילואים, אין לכם ביטוח" מספיק חזקה. אם רוצים אפשר לעשות מזה אייטמים עם כותרות מפוצצות (ולהכניס את עיניין חוסר השיוויון בין טייסים לכל השאר).

אני חושב שמישהו מונע את זה מתחת לפני השטח. מישהו מפחד שיחידות יתקוממו ויהיו גלי נפקדויות.

כפי שאמרתי -

העניין הוא פשוט - אנשי המילואים ממשיכים להגיע - לרוב בגלל אי ידיעה (וגם כשיודעים לפעמים ממשיכים).
מה שחיוני לדעתי הוא הסברה. גדוד שחייליו מודעים לנושא וידרשו תשובות יכריחו את הצבא ומשרד הביטחון להתמודד באמת עם הבעיה. חיילי מילואים מגדוד כזה גם יפיצו את המידע בין חבריהם ביחידות אחרות.

"לא תורגם לדבר יותר פרקטי"? כמו מה? להגיע ולסרב להתחייל?
אני לא בא לקנטר אבל כיצד חייל המילואים יכול להתמודד בצורה פרקטית עם התנהלות הצבא מולו?
אם יש מחשבה רצינית, אשמח לשמוע ואולי אף לאמץ אותה, עם חברי, במילואים הבאים.

א. לסרב להתנדב. רוב רובם של המפקדים במילואים עוברים את מכסת המילואים השנתית שלהם, ביחוד השנה ואף אחד לא יכול להכריח אותם להתנדב לעבור את המכסה השנתית שלהם.
ב. להעלות בשיחת הפתיחה אל מול המג"ד דרישה לקבל תשובות טובות לבעיה.


מעבר לכך, כקצין, אני לא רואה זכות מוסרית לדרוש מחייל להסתכן בתעסוקה מבצעית ללא ביטוח מתאים. יכול מאוד להיות שאני אישית אסרב להעלות את היחידה שלי לתעסוקה מבצעית.
