המצב הוא כזה. הפז''מ שלו כבר שנה ו6-7 בערך. כרגע הוא משרת במעבדה מסויימת בחיל רפואה (דבר התנדוותי). עם כל הרצון שלו לסיים שם את השירות הוא כבר לא יכול להמשיך שם, ויש מספיק סיבות מוצדקות. האלטרנטיבה שלו תמיד היתה לעשות קריירה בצבא, לעבור קורס קצינים ביחידה כזאת או אחרת (מעניינת ואף קרבית). יש לו פרופיל 72 ורצון + יכולת לעלות במידה ויש צורך.

השאלה היא - לאן הוא יכול לשתבץ (איזה תפקיד מעניין) שיאפשר לו יציא לקק''צ? אגב יש מצב שנתוניו האישיים נמוכים מאלו שנדרשים בשביל להגיע לקק''ץ אך זה בגלל שהוא אחד מאלה שזלזל בצו ראשון.

בעיקרון צריך למלא טופס עם חוו"ד מפקד ישיר. כבר ראיתי חיילים שהתקבלו עם אנטי-המלצות מזעזעות. המערכת מודעת לכך שמפקדים מסויימים לא מעוניינים שחיילים יצאו לקצונה ויש לה דרכים להתמודד עם זה.
