Boston (Sep. 1, 2006) - USS Constitution renders a 21-gun salute to the nation from her on board guns during the year's second Chief Petty Officer turnaround cruise in Boston Harbor. Two of "Old Ironsides" guns are outfitted with modern saluting batteries, which are fired twice every day at morning and evening colors.
