התקנתי בטעות קובץ VCM של Windows Media Player 9 .במחשב של WIN 7 Windows Media Player.

ומאז ה Windows Media Player לא פועל לי ולא עולה לי.
עשיתי הוספת והסרת תוכנה מתחדש וגם שחזור מערכת ועדיין כלום לא עובד.
