חיפשתי עוד מקורות להודעה הזו וכרגע כל מה שני מוצא באתר המכרזים של משרד ההגנה זו הודעה מלפני כשבועיים על מכרז צנוע בהרבה. האם זו טעות במעריב או שהמכרז פשוט לא התפרסם?
Oshkosh Truck Corp., Oshkosh, Wis., is being awarded a $22,462,290 modification to a firm fixed price delivery order for production and delivery of 124 ECP-59 MTVR Armor Kits to be installed on the Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) Standard Cargo vehicles. The majority of the work for the armor hardware will be performed by Plasan Sasa in Israel (75 percent); however, the raw material hardware will come from various steel manufacturers throughout the United States (approx. 20-34 percent), and work is expected to be completed in December 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity.
