i have eci 312+ modem and router.
can i open all the ports , it make me problmes such as program update ,FF update - it use ports that i dont know and the router block them...

programs that fetch updates from sites rarely need your INCOMING ports to be open - it's the other way around - and the other way around, is, by default, open.

if you still want all the INCOMING ports to be directed to a single computer on your LAN (no, you can't have more than one) - you can define that LAN IP as your DMZ in the router, and that should do...
