This is a picture of a main gunner sight peritelescope, with thermal and optical channels.
Magach 7c had a Nachal Oz fire control system, I'm not sure if the subject of this picture is a part of Nachal Oz, but it does look like this.

This is a picture of the interior of a Magach 7c, the gunner's post to be exact.


Now that we got these two cleared - what is it exactly you're looking for? an INTERIOR picture of the gunner's post in a Shot-Kal d, or a picture from inside a Nachal Oz FCS scope?
If its the latter, than what you're looking for is what the IDF called an "Improved Improved NATO cross", which looks like the bottom cross in this picture here:

though the "Improved Improved" cross had a circle around the tiny cross in the middle, from what I recall.
