After holding a joint exercise with the US Air Force in November 2005, the Indian Air Force expects to hold a similar exercise with the Israel Air Force and the UK’s Royal Air Force (RAF).

Commander of the Indian Air Force Kalaikunda Air Force Station in West Bengal said, “The RAF and Israel Air Force have expressed an interest in holding joint exercises. There’s a good chance that they will take place.” He made the comment during a joint exercise by the Indian Air Force and Singapore Air Force now underway. This exercise is being held on the basis of a cooperation agreement signed between India and Singapore on October 13, 2005.
